The Wolverine 2.0 is used for robotic pipeline cutting and rehabilitation, especially lateral reinstatements, pre-lining prep, and removal of obstructions or old liner material in sewer and utility pipelines. It operates efficiently in 6″ to 18″ diameter pipes and can be configured for up to 24″ with optional kits.
-
It’s a vehicle-mounted robotic cutter that’s lowered into the pipeline using a reel and cable. Operators control the system remotely using dual joysticks and ergonomic fingertip controls to position the cutting head, navigate around obstacles, and adjust speed and axis motion for precise cuts.
-
Wolverine 2.0 handles a variety of materials typically found in sewer systems, including old concrete, calcium deposits, debris, roots, and leftover liner materials — making it versatile for rehabilitation and restoration jobs.
-
Public works teams, sewer contractors, utility maintenance crews, and rehabilitation specialists use Wolverine systems to prepare pipelines for relining, reinstatement, and repair without excavation or disruptive digging.
